                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE APPROVAL OF A
                   SPECIAL EXCEPTIONS PERMIT TO HERB ADCOX FOR
                   THE ABANDONMENT OF A PLANNED UNIT
                   DEVELOPMENT ON A TRACT OF LAND LOCATED IN
                   THE 1100 BLOCK OF MOUNTAIN CREEK ROAD, BEING
                   ON THE SOUTHEAST LINE OF MOUNTAIN CREEK ROAD
                   AT NORTH RUNYAN DRIVE, MORE PARTICULARLY
                   DESCRIBED HEREIN. 
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That a Special Exceptions Permit to
       abandon a Planned Unit Development be and is hereby granted to
       Herb Adcox on a tract of land located in the 1100 block of
       Mountain Creek Road, being on the southeast line of Mountain 
Creek
       Road at North Runyan Drive, more particularly described to-wit:
                
                 Lot 12, Subdivision of the S.B. Godsey Farm, as
                 shown by plat of record in deed book J, volume 19,
                 page 405, ROHC, lots 5-7, J. E. Morelock's
                 Subdivision of the Steger Tract, as shown by plat
                 of record in plat book 10, page 9, ROHC, and an
                 unplatted tract; being the property described in
                 deed book 2586, page 91, ROHC.  Tax Map No.
                 117C-A-9 and 9.1.
